To make a lasting difference in the Lake Atitlán region, we focus on employing our unique expertise for maximum impact.
Each of our programs is tied to the central theme of ecological restoration. We specialize in caring for the region’s ecology through reforestation, agroforestry, the safeguarding of native species, and training the next generation of environmental leaders.
Our approach consists of first conversing with local indigenous leaders to analyze what are the current issues being faced in the communities before we start our work. Collaborating with local landowners and municipalities, we then identify sites for ecological restoration and environmental stewardship.
